OutOfMemoryException when saving newly generated WIX project, from @mediawolf, lets you watch the Visual Studio Devenv.exe slowly consume gigabytes of memory while hung. [[insert joke here about normal operating behavior]] This bug reproduces only when you uncheck the option to automatically save new projects when created. We took this bug in WiX v3.x to track down a root cause.

ProgIdelements generate registry values.Unmodified WIX project files are automatically checked out on Save All, from @mediawolf, is another Votive issue that we've seen in a different face. Unfortunately, we're lacking expertise in Visual Studio extensibility, so these bugs languish. If you're interested in the space, you can find this bug assigned to the WiX v3.x milestone.
Difxapp incompatible with delta patching due to InstallExecuteSequence error, from @grimbeaver, reports that the DifxApp extension schedules one of its custom actions in such a way that you can't use binary-delta patching with drivers. I'm not sure I'd want my drivers to be delta-patched, but if it's supported, the DifxApp custom action would have to be moved or at least support being overridden. This issue went into the v3.x bucket.
XmlConfig crash, from @Jertix, is a bug in WiX v4 and was quickly claimed by @robmen.
